I'm in a domestic relations case (see our "What we do" page to see how I feel about that) in which the wife's Facebook page may contain some valuable information for me. Unfortunately, even though the wife has many "friends," I'm not one of them. Neither his her husband, anymore. So I served some discovery on her asking her to give me the contents of her Facebook page. She has refused. We're going to get to see the judge, I guess. That is unless the whole matter gets derailed somehow, as it all so often does.
Here's what I asked for. How is this unreasonable?

This isn't oppressive or excessive at all. Rumor has it that the wife has over a thousand Facebook friends. She can't have any reasonable expectation of privacy. What do you think? Am I out of line or what? Do I care if you think I'm out of line if You're not the judge? If you are the judge, "Hello, Judge." I'm glad you're reading my blog. Will
